BKT Refund and Return Policy
At BKT, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. Our refund and return policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and the regulations of New South Wales (NSW) to provide fair and transparent resolutions for product issues.
Eligibility for Refunds, Replacements, or Repairs
Under the ACL, customers are entitled to a remedy if a product:

Has a major defect or failure – You may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or compensation if the product:

Is unsafe, defective, or does not work as expected.

Does not match the description or sample provided at the time of purchase.

Is not suitable for the intended or specified purpose.

In case of any issues with any product, the product has to be returned, and to be so, it can’t be used in more than 70% of the quantity in the packaging.

Has a minor issue – We will offer a repair or replacement if the issue can be resolved within a reasonable time frame.
Return and Refund Timeframes

Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

Defective or Faulty Products:

Domestic Orders (Australia): You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product.

International Orders: You must notify us within 30 days of receiving the product.

Lost or Stolen Orders:

Domestic orders may take up to 7 business days to be investigated with AusPost.

International orders may take up to 12 business days for carrier investigation.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the return is received and inspected.

Shipping costs are only refunded if the product is deemed faulty or defective.
Non-Returnable Items
